Need help getting started?
We have developed a resource that will help you get started on putting together a group for Just5Days. Included in the resource are talking points for conversations with your parish/school leaders, resources for communicating with parents, and strategies for inviting and selecting young people.

What are people saying about Just5Days?

The evaluations are in and middle schoolers and their adult leaders love the program! Read more about what people are saying about Just5Days and the impact it is having on them, and check out a story about one of our parish groups from Joplin, Missouri.

2012 Just5Days Program Fee: $275 per participant

Price includes lodging and meals during your program week, as well as all of your work supplies. Each participant receives a program t-shirt and water bottle. Travel is an expense of the parish or school.

Just5Days is just for middle schoolers
Just5Days is open to youth who are entering 7th, 8th, or 9th grade.

One adult (25 years old or older) serves as the team leader. Additional adults must be 21 years old or older. You will need one adult for every five young people you bring. Teams with more than seven youth participants of both genders must have at least one male and one female adult in attendance and participating in Just5Days.

Just5Days will help you succeed

Daily programming is designed just for middle schoolers—lots of visual learning, hands-on activities, movie clips, small group projects, and discussions. Middle schoolers will learn about Catholic social teaching and the importance of justice, and they will have fun doing it. Dynamic prayer services and liturgy engage young participants in full and active participation, making faith more tangible for them.

You will receive a Team Preparation Manual with everything you need to prepare your young people and adults for a great week. Our staff will help match you to a service site that will match with your group’s energy and will help you each step of the way towards a fantastic program week.

Skilled program staff guide the week and allow you to focus on your young people. The program staff includes a Program Director, Site Coordinator, and Prayer and Music Coordinator. All are trained professionals with years of experience working with youth.
