One, Holy, Catholic & Apostolic. The four characteristics, or marks, of the Church are rooted in the work of the Holy Spirit. What do they mean? How do they impact our relationships with each other and with the world?
Respect for All Life.   Catholics are called to respect human life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death. What does this mean? What are the issues involved? How do we extend this respect to all the living creation? Â
Parts of the Mass. Sunday liturgy has a rhythmic structure that is designed to welcome and unite us, immerse us in our treasured stories, bond and transform us in a sacred meal, and send us on a mission. What are the parts comprised of and how does full, active, and conscious participation in them inspire authentic Christian living?
Weekly Justice Challenges. These are great for your bulletin, your website or as an additional take-home piece for families.
Also, don't forget that we have a Revised Roman Missal session entitled, Our Call to Worship. Click here to access it.
LEADERSHIP RESOURCES:
Leader Article. Faith Formation Session Planning: Four Essential Parts by Jim Merhaut. Formal faith formation programs for groups in your church or in the homes of your parishioners are essential parts of any parish catechetical program. Formal programs require much forethought and planning if they are going to deliver the content that people need in a manner that will be accessible and memorable. Great programs will inspire participants to apply what they’ve learned in real-life situations, and the application will make strong positive improvements in their journey on the Christian spiritual path.
